HI! I’m Danielle Guetter! Business coach, social media strategist, entrepreneur, self-development junkie, food prep lover, and the kind of person who can turn a messy business brain dump into an actual plan you’re excited to follow!

Why Work With Me?

I’ve built my own six-figure business, supported seven and eight-figure businesses behind the scenes, and helped close to 1,000 entrepreneurs across the Okanagan, Canada, and the U.S. get clearer, braver, more strategic, and more consistent in the way they run and grow their businesses!

I’m also currently helping my husband grow our own high end garage renovation business here in the Okanagan, which means I’m not just talking about business from a cozy little theory cloud…. I’m in it! I’m making decisions, solving problems, building systems, managing growth, navigating cash flow, supporting sales, and having the occasional “why are we like this?” entrepreneurial moment right alongside my clients.

Business has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Both of my parents are entrepreneurs, and coaching has always felt like a natural way of being in the world for me. I grew up watching my dad run his own business, learning about money, work ethic, customer service, leadership, and what it really takes to build something that lasts. I eventually spent 10 years working as his right-hand person, and I still support that business from a distance today.

So when I say I understand small business owners, I mean I understand the big dreams, the weird Tuesday meltdowns, the “I have 47 ideas and no idea where to start” energy, the pressure to make money, the desire to do meaningful work, and the very real need to build a business that supports your actual life.

What Makes Me Different?

My coaching style is practical, honest, strategic, and deeply human. I care about the business plan, the offer, the marketing, the money, the messaging, and the sales, but I also care about the person running the whole thing. Because your habits, your confidence, your nervous system, your follow-through, your self-trust, and your ability to stay accountable all become part of the backbone of your business!

And yes, I have a love-hate relationship with accountability too. I love what it creates. I love the growth, the consistency, the progress, and the way it pulls the truth to the surface. I also know it can bring you right to the edge of your comfort zone, where you suddenly want to reorganize your pantry instead of doing the thing you said you wanted to do.

That’s usually where the good stuff starts.

I’ve always loved group coaching, masterminds, and rooms where entrepreneurs get to learn from each other, hype each other up, tell the truth, share ideas, and actually move their businesses forward. I’ve run my own group programs and masterminds, and I believe there is something incredibly powerful about being in a room with people who are also building, stretching, experimenting, and figuring it out in real time.

Depending on the client, I may even weave in tools like Human Design, because sometimes understanding how you naturally operate can make business feel a whole lot less like forcing and a whole lot more like alignment with a plan.

At the end of the day, I help entrepreneurs create clearer goals, stronger offers, better marketing, healthier habits, and more grounded confidence so they can build businesses that actually make sense for who they are and where they want to go.

  • Big goals are welcome here. So are messy beginnings, honest conversations, snack breaks... and the occasional loving kick in the pants!
